4 For this is what the Sovereign LORD says:
"At first my people went down to Egypt to live;
lately, Assyria has oppressed them.
5 "And now what do I have here?" declares the LORD.
"For my people have been taken away for nothing,
and those who rule them mock, [a] "
declares the LORD.
"And all day long
my name is constantly blasphemed.
6 Therefore my people will know my name;
therefore in that day they will know
that it is I who foretold it.
Yes, it is I."
7 How beautiful on the mountains
are the feet of those who bring good news,
who proclaim peace,
who bring good tidings,
who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion,
"Your God reigns!"
8 Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices;
together they shout for joy.
When the LORD returns to Zion,
they will see it with their own eyes.
9 Burst into songs of joy together,
you ruins of Jerusalem,
for the LORD has comforted his people,
he has redeemed Jerusalem.
10 The LORD will lay bare his holy arm
in the sight of all the nations,
and all the ends of the earth will see
the salvation of our God.

4 Chúa Giê-hô-va phán như vầy: Xưa kia dân ta xuống Ê-díp-tô đặng trú ngụ; song người A-si-ri vô-cớ mà hà hiếp nó.
5 Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Bây giờ, ta làm gì đây? Vì dân ta đã vô cớ bị đày đi. Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Những kẻ cai trị nó cất tiếng van la cả ngày, nói phạm đến danh ta không thôi.
6 Vậy nên dân ta sẽ biết danh ta; thật, trong ngày đó, nó sẽ biết rằng chính ta là Đấng phán rằng: Nầy, ta đây!
7 Những kẻ đem tin tốt, rao sự bình an, đem tin tốt về phước lành, rao sự cứu chuộc, bảo Si-ôn rằng: Đức Chúa Trời ngươi trị vì, chân của những kẻ ấy trên các núi xinh đẹp là dường nào!
8 Tiếng những kẻ canh của ngươi! họ cất tiếng, cùng nhau hát xướng; vì họ sẽ thấy mắt đối mắt khi Đức Giê-hô-va trở về Si-ôn. 9 Hỡi những nơi hoang vu của Giê-ru-sa-lem, hãy trổi giọng hát mừng chung rập. Vì Đức Giê-hô-va đã yên ủi dân Ngài, đã chuộc lại Giê-ru-sa-lem.
10 Đức Giê-hô-va đã tỏ trần cánh tay thánh Ngài trước mắt mọi nước; mọi đầu cùng đất đã thấy sự cứu rỗi của Đức Chúa Trời chúng ta!
